Restricting it to 150 characters is a great exercise, but add another step.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Even if you manage to get a great pitch down to 150 characters, check to see if that pitch describes any other companies.  If it does, then find a way to differentiate yourself in the pitch and go back to the drawing board.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;P.s.
